INGREDIENTS:

bulb onions 300 g

fresh puff pastry 200 g

cheese 120 g

butter 30 g

refined vegetable oil 2 tbsp.

thyme 1 tsp

ground black pepper taste

salt taste

PREPARATION:

Cut the onion into half rings.

Fry the onion in a mixture of vegetable and butter.
