INGREDIENTS:
bulb onions 300 g
fresh puff pastry 200 g
cheese 120 g
butter 30 g
refined vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
thyme 1 tsp
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Fry the onion in a mixture of vegetable and butter.
As soon as the onion is caramelized: salt, pepper and add the thyme.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 23-25 cm by 19-20 cm
Put the onion on the dough, retreating 1 cm from the edges.
Put chopped cheese on the onion.
Place the cake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
