INGREDIENTS:
bulb onions 50 g
butter 38 g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
flour 25 g
bouillon cube ½ шт.
water 250 ml
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Chop the onion finely and sauté it in vegetable oil and butter.
Then add flour and sauté it for a while.
Stir the bouillon cube in the inlet and pour into the pan. Any broth can be used in place of the stock cube.
Cook the sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Spice up.
Strain the finished sauce through a sieve or use an immersion blender.
