INGREDIENTS:

butter 200 g

flour 150 g

sugar 150 g

walnuts 75 g

eggs 3 pcs.

instant coffee 3 tbsp.

water 3 tbsp.

baking powder 1 tsp

boiled condensed milk 300 g

butter 150 g

instant coffee 3 tbsp.

water 3 tbsp.

syrup 100 ml

chocolate biscuits 100 g

walnuts 75 g

PREPARATION:

Pour coffee with hot boiled water. Stir until it is completely dissolved.

Prepare the dough: put softened butter, sugar in the mixer bowl and beat, add eggs and continue beating. Add flour and baking powder to a well-beaten mass, add nuts, pour in coffee and knead the dough.

Place the dough in a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. We bake 2 cakes.

We cut each cake in half. As a result, we have 4 cakes.

We prepare the cream, for which we beat the softened butter with a mixer with boiled condensed milk and pour in the coffee, continuing to beat. We prepare coffee as for a dough.

The finished cream needs to be cooled for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

We collect the cake: put one cake on a dish or cake mold, grease it with cream. Place the next cake on top, saturate it with syrup and spread the cream on it. We do this with all the cakes.

Sprinkle the sides of the cake with crushed nuts.

We send the cake to the refrigerator for several hours.

Decorate with mushrooms (cookies)
