Swimming is particularly suitable for pregnant women, as training in the water is very easy on the joints and also good for the back muscles. Sports that require abrupt changes in movement, such as tennis, squash, or badminton, are less suitable. Dangerous sports such as climbing or diving should not be practiced by pregnant women.

A little training tip: as long as you can still have a casual conversation, the load is ok. Train regularly 2-4 times a week and drink enough. Regular exercise reduces stress and increases stamina – a good prerequisite for a relaxed birth.
