I offer you a simple and delicious recipe for every day;)
Chicken fingers is an original way of serving chicken cutlets, which children will especially like. But also, from the resulting minced meat, you can make ordinary cutlets - everyone will be glad to them too))
In the recipe, I use thyme as a fragrant herb. If you don't like it or there is no way to buy it, replace it with basil, parsley or dill. And add more greens - this will make the cutlets even juicier.

  1. Grind chicken meat with a medium wire rack or grind in a blender.
  2. Chop the loaf (without crusts) in a blender or grate.
  3. Wash and dry the lemon thoroughly.
  4. Using a sharp grater, remove the uppermost yellow layer from the lemon - we need about 0.5-1 teaspoon and squeeze out the juice - about 1 tablespoon.
  5. Peel the garlic and pass through a garlic extractor or press the clove with the blade of a wide knife, press firmly with your wrist, then chop finely with a knife.
  6. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  7. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil along with the butter, put the onion, add a little salt and fry until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
  8. In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, loaf, onion, garlic, lemon zest and juice, thyme leaves (or other chopped herbs), salt and pepper.
  9. Mix everything well.
  10. With hands moistened with water, form "fingers" or small cutlets and roll them in flour.
  11. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  12. Shake off excess flour from "fingers", put in hot oil and fry on both sides, until golden brown, about 7 minutes.
  13. Pour 2-3 tbsp into the pan. l. water, cover and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  14. Serve hot.
