  1. Boil rice, you can take basmati.
  2. Peel vegetables.
  3. Put sour cream in a saucepan and put on fire. Put finely chopped onion and diced carrots in the heated sour cream and simmer for 7-10 minutes. Then add green peas and salt and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add pre-boiled rice to the prepared vegetable mixture, mix and heat for another minute.
