On a hot summer day (or night), as well as in the morning after a stormy party, there is nothing better than gazpacho - a refreshing Spanish tomato soup. It does not need to be boiled, the ingredients are fresh. All you need is a blender!

  1. Prepare all vegetables for gazpacho, rinse and peel off twigs, peels and stalks.
  2. I propose to remove the peel from the tomatoes, for this cut out the stalk, cut the top crosswise and dip in boiling water for a couple of minutes. The peel will come off easily. Finely chop the tomatoes.
  3. We cut further. Cut all vegetables, peeled from coarse peel (if any).
  4. Put everything in a blender and whisk. Then add spices and olive oil and scroll a few more times.
  5. Add tomato juice, spices, olive oil to vegetables, mix well. Chill gazpacho in the refrigerator or serve in a bowl with ice cubes. By the way, gazpacho can be served in an original way - in a glass or in a small jar.
  6. Garnish portions with herbs. Gazpacho is ready! Bon Appetit!
