Cold punch with prosecco

  1. Pour liquor, black currant syrup, jam and lemon juice into a shaker. Mix. Filter the shake with a strainer into the chiller glass and add lump ice.
  2. Top up prosecco and stir. Get up the tube. On top, make a hat from the crash. Garnish with prunes and whipped cream.
