Salmon in salads goes well with vegetables and herbs. Salmon salad is prepared quickly and on the New Year's table can be a pleasant alternative to the traditional herring under the "fur coat" or Mimosa.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For dressing, finely chop the chives, combine all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the potatoes with a brush and cook in boiling salted water until soft. Drain the water, dry the potatoes in a saucepan over low heat. Pour the dressing over the hot potatoes and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the cucumbers and skin-cut salmon into 1 cm cubes. Cut each caper in half.
  4. Combine potatoes with capers, salmon and cucumbers. Season with pepper and more salt, if necessary. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve, garnished with dill.
