I am very pleased with the new recipe, just in love! The cakes turned out to be tender, and in the filling everything that I adore! Moderately spicy and very fragrant! In one word - an Indian recipe! Cook for health, taste India!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a heated wok and add cumin. Let her give all the flavors.
  2. Add finely chopped garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion.
  3. While the onion is fried, finely chop the hot peppers and a bunch of green onions.
  4. Rub the potatoes on a coarse grater.
  5. As soon as the onion is slightly golden, add curry, coriander, hot pepper, chili and herbs to the wok. Mix everything well and lightly fry (a few minutes).
  6. Add grated potatoes and salt. Squeeze lemon juice (1 teaspoon) directly into the wok. Let everything warm up well, mix and turn off. The filling is ready, it remains to cool.
  7. Now let's do the dough, minimum products.
  8. Knead the stiff elastic dough. Always be guided by your flour when kneading, the humidity is different for everyone at home. We give the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
  9. Divide the dough into six parts, roll it into the koloboks. Cover with foil so as not to dry out.
  10. We roll each workpiece into a layer 4-5 mm thick. The edges of the cakes should be much thinner than the middle.
  11. Divide the filling into six parts, according to the number of cakes. We spread part of the filling in the center of the cake and collect the thin edges towards the middle.
  12. Now carefully level the stuffed cakes with a rolling pin. In order not to tear the dough, the first movements can be done with your hands. Take your time and, if necessary, dust the table with flour.
  13. Fry the cakes in a little vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  14. If during the formation you did not damage the dough, then the cakes will inflate in the pan.
  15. Grease hot cakes with butter.
  16. The Indian flavored tortillas are ready. :) Both the dough and the filling turned out to be incredibly tender! Bon Appetit!
