Cocktail "Angel's Face

Ingredients

• Calvados 30 ml
• Gin 30 ml
• Apricot liqueur 30 ml
• Bitter 1 ml
• Angostura 1 ml
• Lemon zest to taste
• Peach bitter 1 ml

Directions

1. Pour calvados, gin, brandy and bitters into an iced shaker. Beat.
2. Pour through a strainer into a chilled glass. Garnish with a knot of lemon zest.
