Appetizing chops

Everybody loves chops!

Ingredients

  1. Cut the pork fillet across the fibers into pieces, ~ 1 cm thick.
  2. Beat each piece well on both sides, placing it between two layers of cling film, salt and pepper.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat them lightly with a whisk or fork, add a little salt and pepper.
  4. Dip the beaten fillet in flour, then dip in the egg.
  5. Put the chops in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry on one side over high heat until golden brown for ~ 2-3 minutes.
  6. Then turn over to the other side, fry for ~ 2-3 minutes (if necessary, reduce the heat a little)
