According to this recipe, the cake will be moderately sweet. If you like sweeter desserts, add more sugar. Or vice versa - take less if you do not like sweets or want to reduce the caloric content of dessert.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift the flour through a sieve. This will saturate it with air and the apple pie will be especially airy. Stir in baking powder, ground cinnamon, and vanilla sugar (may be replaced with vanilla or essence).
  2. Beat eggs in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Whisk with a blender with a whisk at high speed to increase the mass and turn into the smallest bubbles.
  3. Pour kefir into the frothed eggs (let it not be cold but at room temperature) and beat again.
  4. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a frying pan. Allow the liquid butter to cool - it should not be hot, otherwise, the eggs will just curl. Pour the melted butter into the kefir-egg mass and stir.
  5. Stir in the dry flour mixture. Beat the dough on low power until all the lumps are separated.
  6. Peel the apples and cut out the core. Grind into small cubes and mix into the dough. Adjust how many apples to put to your taste: the more fruit, the more moist and juicy the cake will be, if you put less - then it will be lusher.
  7. preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Coat the form in which you will bake with a piece of butter. Pour the dough into a mold, and flatten it. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top - it will give the crust a ruddy color.
  8. Place the preform in a hot oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes. Readiness is easily checked on a dry skewer: if it is clean, then a delicious apple pie is ready! You just have to sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and cool. But it will be delicious and hot, adding a ball of cool ice cream.
