Apple sorbet with whipped protein is unusual and delicious. You can cook it for a holiday or just like that, for no reason.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Depending on whether you want the sorbet smooth or textured, you can squeeze the juice out of the unpeeled apples or core them, chop the apples and blend them into puree. You will need 370 ml. Lemon juice should be added to the apple juice after squeezing, and in mashed potatoes while whipping.
  2. Mix the syrup with the apple mixture. Whisk the protein lightly with a fork and add there. Whisk everything together with a mixer, 1-2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and freeze as directed. If you don't have a clipper, place the mixture in a freezer container, seal it tightly, and place it in the freezer. The sorbet will freeze for about 4 hours, and during this time you need every 15–20 minutes. take it out of the freezer and beat with an immersion blender to make the sorbet smooth, without ice crystals.
