Apples baked with rice, fruits and nuts

  1. Rinse the apples, cut off the top to form a lid, and carefully remove the core.
  2. Remove the date pits and chop the pulp.
  3. Fry the walnuts in a dry frying pan and chop.
  4. Boil rice. Stir in sugar, raisins, dates and nuts. Fill apples with filling, cover with lids and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
