I offer you a recipe for an original avocado and egg appetizer. The appetizer has an interesting taste, it is delicate, silky in texture and, thanks to the garlic, is not devoid of spicy pungency. A great option for a snack!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Before making your avocado and egg snack, prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. For this snack, the avocado fruit should be ripe, soft.
  3. Boil eggs hard-boiled (within 10 minutes after boiling water). Cool eggs in cold water
  4. Slice the avocado in half lengthwise, then twist the halves apart and detach. We need one half of an avocado. Remove the bone. Separate the flesh from the rind with a teaspoon - if the avocado is ripe, it will not be difficult to do this!
  5. Put the avocado pulp into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  6. Peel boiled eggs.
  7. Grate eggs on a fine grater directly into the bowl of avocado.
  8. Peel and chop a clove of garlic with a knife or press. Add the garlic to the bowl with the avocado and eggs.
  9. Then add mayonnaise, add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  10. Stir the combined ingredients. The avocado and egg appetizer is ready!
  11. The avocado and egg appetizer can be served on slices of bread, croutons or toast, and can be used as a filling for tartlets.
  12. Bon Appetit!
