  1. Cut the avocado and turn the halves in different directions, remove the pit. Spoon out the pulp and place in a blender bowl, pour over with lemon juice, salt and pepper, chop until smooth.
  2. Peel and seed the cucumbers and chop very finely. Peel the onion and cut it into very small cubes. Chop the dill.
  3. Mix avocado puree with onion, dill and cucumber.
  4. Cut the salmon fillet into very small cubes.
  5. Place 6–8 cm serving rings on the plates. Place half of the avocado puree on the bottom and smooth the surface. Spread the salmon in the next layer. Then mashed avocado again. Cover the rings with plastic wrap and remove the snack before serving in the refrigerator.
  6. Before serving, carefully remove the serving rings, garnish the appetizer with microgreens.
