This is the perfect dessert for autumn. The recipe is simple, there is no hassle in cooking, and the result is amazing. Apples in crunchy puff pastry envelopes are simple, fast, and delicious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, soak the raisins in warm water.
  2. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
  3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Cut 6 equal squares from the dough and spread with beaten eggs.
  4. Peel the apples and remove the core (it is better to use a notch, but you can use a knife).
  5. Whip the butter with the sugar to a creamy consistency, then add the dried raisins and mix well.
  6. Fill the apples with the butter that has just come out.
  7. Wrap each apple in a puff pastry envelope.
  8. Baked apple in an envelope
  9. Place the apple in the center of the square, and glue the edges. From the remaining scraps of dough, make leaves and decorate envelopes with them.
  10. Grease the apples with egg yolk and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 degrees. Pre-cover the pan with parchment so that the dessert does not burn.
  11. Ready-made envelopes with apples turn out very tasty, fragile, and literally melt in your mouth. If you like hot desserts, we recommend adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream and pouring honey on top. It will be incredibly tasty!
