Baked Egg Mini Burgers

Small covered hot sandwiches with egg and cheese - delicious!

Ingredients

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Grease the muffin mold with vegetable oil. Gently break an egg into each mold.
  3. Bake eggs in the oven until tender. It took me 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the buns in half.
  5. Heat butter in a frying pan. Lay out the buns, cut down and heat them under a lid over low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Remove the baked eggs from the oven.
  8. Take the bottom halves of the buns. Put 0.5-1 teaspoon of ketchup on each. Place the baked egg on top.
  9. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with the top half of the bun.
  10. Put the prepared burgers in the pan again, squeeze a little and heat the sandwiches with egg and cheese over low heat for 5 minutes (so that the cheese melts).
  11. Serve hot sandwiches with egg and cheese with herbs.
