Baked peppers stuffed with meat and rice

Ingredients

  1. Wash the bell peppers, trim the tops and clean the seeds.
  2. Boil rice, cool.
  3. Pass the meat through a meat grinder, mix with cooked rice and finely chopped onions, adding salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pepper, put on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
