I would like to offer you another version of baked pork with mushrooms in a creamy sauce. It takes a little longer than the first option, but it turns out very tasty and tender.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Cut the meat into pieces no more than 1 cm thick. Heat a frying pan and fry the meat from 2 sides. You can add a little oil, I have a coated skillet and I didn't. Season with salt and pepper on 2 sides. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the mushrooms into washers. Fry mushrooms and onions until golden brown. Add cream and about 125 ml. water. Let it boil. Season with salt and pepper, add marjoram to taste. Put the meat in a baking dish, pour over the mushrooms and cream.
  3. Wrap in foil and put in the oven for 1 hour. Then remove the foil, lower the temperature to 175 degrees and leave in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. For those who like to bake with cheese, sprinkle with grated cheese 10-15 minutes before cooking.
  4. Very tasty simply with a baguette or ciabata.
