Baked potatoes with feta cheese is a simple but delicious dish. Potatoes with feta cheese are poured with a mixture of eggs and milk, so the dish turns out to be very tender and aromatic. Potatoes are pre-boiled, so the baking time in the oven is significantly reduced.

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into not very thin slices, about 0.7 cm thick.
  2. Pour the potatoes in a saucepan with a little water (so that the water covers the potatoes) and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes. The potatoes should not become soft. Immediately discard the boiled potatoes in a colander.
  4. We turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  5. Grease the bottom and walls of the baking dish with vegetable oil (about 1 tablespoon). Put half of the potatoes on the bottom of the mold.
  6. Pour 1 tbsp potatoes on top. spoon of vegetable oil and sprinkle with 1 pinch of pepper.
  7. Break the cheese into small pieces and put on top of the potatoes.
  8. Put the remaining potatoes on top of the cheese.
  9. Water the potatoes on top again with 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil and sprinkle with 1 pinch of pepper.
  10. Break eggs into a bowl and add milk.
  11. Mix eggs with milk until smooth.
  12. Pour potatoes with feta cheese with the resulting mixture.
  13. We put the form in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. The mixture of milk and eggs should thicken, and the potatoes should brown on top.
  14. Finely chop the dill and parsley and sprinkle on the finished potatoes.
  15. Baked potatoes with feta cheese and egg and milk filling, immediately serve.
  16. This dish can be served as a side dish or a full-fledged independent dish, complemented by a vegetable salad.
