Baked potatoes with ham in a creamy sauce are a complete, tasty dish that can feed a large hungry company.

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Grease a large ovenproof dish with oil.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Place half of the potatoes in a prepared ovenproof dish, top with chopped leeks.
  3. In a small bowl, combine rosemary, parsley, salt and black pepper. Sprinkle half of this mixture over potatoes in a mold. Top with ham. Sprinkle with half of the cheeses. Top with the other half of the potatoes, sprinkle with the remaining rosemary mixture and finally with the remaining amount of cheese. Mix the milk and cream in a small bowl and then pour this mixture into the potato pan. Cover the dish and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Before serving, baked potatoes with ham should stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
