Baked potatoes with meat and tomatoes

Oven baked potatoes with meat and tomatoes are a tasty and quick-cooking alternative to cutlets and fries.

  1. Peel the potatoes and boil until half cooked (10 minutes).
  2. Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat. Salt minced meat and pepper, knead well.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  4. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Cut the slightly cooled potatoes into slices 1 cm thick.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease the paper with oil and put the potatoes on the covered baking sheet.
  7. Lubricate the potato slices with oil (with a brush). Salt them, pepper them, season them with herbs.
  8. Squeeze a little mayonnaise on the potatoes and put a little squeezed garlic. You can mix the garlic with mayonnaise.
  9. Lay out a circle of tomato on top.

  11. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
