Baked potatoes with onions

Boiled potatoes are baked in the oven with butter and dried onions.

Ingredients

• Potatoes (jacketed and peeled) - 400 g
• Olive oil - 50 g
• Dried onions - 50 g

Directions

1. Mix olive oil and dried onions.
2. Put the potatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with a mixture of oil and onion. Mix.
3. Preheat the oven. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
