Very tasty, healthy and very easy to prepare dish. Salmon steaks are baked in the oven and then added to the creamy vegetable mixture. Despite all its simplicity of preparation, the dish will be appropriate on a festive table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse salmon steaks with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Salt.
  2. Put a few sprigs of dill on the bottom of the baking dish. Then place the salmon steaks, sprinkle with olive oil and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. After the indicated time, the salmon steaks are ready.
  3. Cut the zucchini into thick circles.
  4. Heat a frying pan - grill, grease with olive oil and fry the zucchini. The degree of doneness depends on your taste.
  5. Heat the remaining olive oil in another skillet. Put onion chopped with feathers into the pan. Add granulated sugar and simmer onion until transparent.
  6. Then pour white dry wine into the pan and let the mixture boil for about 1 minute.
  7. Then pour in the cream, add a tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil and immediately put the fried zucchini and green peas in the sauce.
  8. Stir gently (or simply shake the pan) and turn off the heat.
  9. Put the baked salmon in the pan and pour the sauce over it. Optionally, you can decorate the finished dish with lemon wedges and herbs (I have parsley). Baked salmon with zucchini in a creamy sauce is ready.
