  1. Remove frozen sea bass from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator. If it is not cleaned, then clean it, remove the fins. Wash and dry the perch.
  2. Sprinkle sea bass with seasoning for fish, salt and pepper, pour 2 tsp. vegetable oil and let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut into circles.
  4. Grease a baking dish with the remaining vegetable oil. Place the tomato mugs on the bottom.
  5. Put sea bass on the tomatoes, on it - circles of tomatoes. Sprinkle with dried thyme. Put the dish with the dish in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25 - 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the finished dish from the oven.
