It is not very convenient to make "fries" from young potatoes because of their juiciness. But it bakes very well. A very tasty recipe for baked potatoes, seasoned with herbs and young garlic.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's cut the potatoes into cubes, like on "fries". Sprinkle it with herbs, add salt and oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. We lay out the prepared young potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment, preferably in one layer. We put the baking sheets in a preheated oven. The baked potatoes are ready in about 30 minutes.
  3. We cut the greens and push the garlic through the garlic (in the desired amount).
  4. Sprinkle the finished baked potatoes with a mixture of herbs and garlic.
  5. Serve deliciously baked potatoes with salad or garnish with meat.
  6. Bon Appetit!
