Balinese chicken sauté with rice and pineapple

  1. Prepare chicken sauce. To do this, mix the nut sauce with the sambal nut. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into pieces for satay (kebab) and soak in the sauce, preferably 20-30 minutes.
  3. String the chicken pieces onto wooden skewers and put them in the oven on the grill at 180 degrees. Cook for 10-15 minutes on each side.
  4. Boil rice and add pineapple slices as a garnish.
