  3. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly with a fork to mix the yolks and whites. Peel the banana and cut into slices about half a centimeter thick. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Heat the frying pan over medium heat, if necessary, grease with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour the egg mass into the pan and wait 20-40 seconds for it to set slightly.
  5. Place the banana slices on one half of the omelet.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the banana.
  7. Fold the omelet in half and cook for about 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  8. Turn the omelette if desired and brown on the other side for about 30-40 seconds more.
