Banana bread with raisins and nuts

The aroma of this cupcake will fill the whole house and warm everyone with warmth on cold evenings!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. All ingredients must be at room temperature.
  2. Peel bananas and mash with a fork.
  3. Add softened butter, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs to the bananas. You can add regular sugar if you wish (I don't, overripe bananas are very sweet on their own).
  4. Beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add sifted flour with baking powder. Beat with a mixer until smooth. If the dough turned out to be watery, you can add a little more flour (up to 180 g).
  6. Add raisins and roasted walnuts to the dough, mix.
  7. Line a baking dish (I have a 10x22 cm shape) with parchment (or grease with oil and sprinkle with flour). Pour the dough into the mold, spread evenly.
  8. Bake banana bread in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes at 170 degrees. Readiness to check with a wooden skewer or toothpick, it should come out completely dry.
  9. Let the finished cake cool for 10 minutes in the mold, then you can get it out of the mold.
  10. Banana cake with raisins and nuts is soft and very, very fragrant.
