  1. Peel bananas and mash into puree. You will need 2/3 cup mashed banana.
  2. Beat eggs lightly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees. Grease a cake tin with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, white and brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
  5. Add milk, bananas, vegetable oil and vanilla to the bowl with the eggs. Mix.
  6. Pour mixture over dry ingredients. Beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour the dough into the mold, smooth it out. Bake 45-55 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden skewer.
  8. For the ganache, break the chocolate into a microwave-safe container and add the cream. Microwave for 1 minute on medium power.
  9. Leave for 5 minutes, mix until smooth.
  10. Remove the banana cake from the mold, pour it with ganache. Banana cake with chocolate cream is ready. Bon appetit!
