Fragrant, soft and airy cakes with walnuts, cream cheese and condensed milk cream, ease and simplicity of preparation - this cake cannot but be liked! Banana cake will always be appropriate: both on the festive table and during home tea drinking.

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making Banana Peanut Cake.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  3. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl or bowl and add the sugar. Add soda to kefir, mix. Pour kefir into eggs with sugar.
  4. Beat eggs with kefir for a minute.
  5. Peel ripe bananas that have begun to darken. Break the banana pulp into pieces and mash with a fork into a puree.
  6. Add the mashed banana and cooled melted butter to the egg mixture.
  7. Whisk everything again until smooth.
  8. Add sifted wheat flour. Stir.
  9. Grind walnut kernels in any way convenient for you to the state of medium crumbs. Pour the nuts into the dough.
  10. Mix the dough again, achieving an even distribution of nuts in it.
  11. The cake will consist of 4 cakes with a diameter of 17 cm. For this, I used two detachable forms of the appropriate size. You can bake cakes in one form with a diameter of 24 cm, then you get 2-3 cakes, the cake will be wider and lower. Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper. Divide the dough into the molds using a scale to distribute the dough as evenly as possible.
  12. Bake banana-nut cakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  13. Free the finished cakes from the molds and transfer to the wire rack. Leave the cakes to cool.
  14. Transfer cream cheese for cream to a bowl.
  15. Beat the cheese with a mixer for 1 minute. Add condensed milk.
  16. Beat the cheese with condensed milk for another 2-3 minutes. Cream for the cake is ready!
  17. Cut the cooled banana cakes with nuts in half, cutting off the tops. Leave the tops, they will be needed for the crumbs, which will later go to sprinkle the cake.
  18. We collect the cake. Put one cake on a plate.
  19. Lubricate the cake with a part of the cheese cream.
  20. Then lay out the second cake, again the cream and so on. Lay out the flattest layer last so that the top of the cake is neat.
  21. Brush the top and sides of the banana cake with the remaining cream cheese.
  22. Grind the trimmings from the cakes in a blender to a state of fine crumbs. Sprinkle the top and sides of the cake with crumbs.
  23. Place the banana cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour to stabilize the cream. Then transfer the cake to a serving plate.
  24. Cut banana cake with nuts into pieces and serve.
