This extraordinary cake has a very rich taste. Whole grain flour gives it a nutty tone that harmoniously fits into the aromatic and flavoring environment of banana, caramel, cinnamon and subtle vanilla.

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees.
  3. Wash bananas, peel and roughly cut into slices.
  4. In a deep bowl, using an immersion blender, grind the bananas to a puree state.
  5. Add vegetable oil, eggs, sugar and vanillin to the puree.
  6. Using a mixer, beat everything until smooth.
  7. Add baking soda, baking powder and salt to the flour.
  8. Gradually sift the flour into the liquid mixture. Mix after each addition.
  9. Grease a cake mold (mine is 10x20 cm) with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the mold.
  10. Mix the cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle the top of the cake.
  11. We send the form to the oven preheated to 170 degrees and bake for 60 minutes. If the cake is browning too much, lower the temperature. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer - it should come out dry from the finished cake.
  12. When baking, a deep crack formed on the surface of the cake - this is a sign that everything was done correctly. :)
  13. Let the finished cake cool in the mold for 15-20 minutes, and then take it out of the mold and cool on a wire rack.
