Quick and hearty banana muffins with sour cream. To make muffins healthier, you can substitute oatmeal for regular flour.

  1. First you need to mash the bananas with a fork. Add to them a bag of vanilla sugar and two tablespoons of cocoa. Stir.
  2. Add a glass of flour and an egg to the resulting mixture.
  3. Add a tablespoon of sour cream to the mixture (I used 9%).
  4. Quench the baking soda with lemon juice or vinegar.
  5. Fill cupcake liners halfway. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Set the mode to "top and bottom". Bake the chocolate banana muffins with sour cream for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the pans.
