  4. Mix dry ingredients. Beat in an egg.
  5. Using a whisk, mix the sugar and egg thoroughly. In the resulting thick sugar mixture, add sour cream or yogurt (I have Greek yogurt), pour in sunflower oil. Stir with a whisk.
  6. Add banana puree, mix the dough base again.
  7. Mix flour with baking powder and soda. Sift the flour with the additives into the bowl with the liquid base. Knead the dough.
  8. Add finely chopped walnuts to the dough. I crushed them in a blender.
  9. Stir nuts into dough. The muffin dough is ready.
  10. Put the dough into molds (I got 14 pieces, you can safely increase to 16-18, the dough rises well during baking).
  11. Place a sliced ​​banana slice on top of each muffin.
  12. Bake banana cinnamon muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  13. Remove the delicious banana muffins from the oven, let them cool and enjoy.
