  6. The banana must first be cut into medium-sized pieces. For cookies, it is better to use an overripe banana, which is much softer and sweeter. We send the banana to the bowl to the rest of the products. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon.
  7. Add 200 g of wheat flour to the oat-banana mixture. It is not necessary to sift it. Together with the flour, we send 1/3 tsp into a bowl. soda and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Don't add too much baking soda as it will taste in the finished cookie. You should have a viscous dough.
  8. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. The last one is pre-lubricated with 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Spread the dough balls with a tablespoon on the parchment and lightly crush them on top, giving them a round shape. Place each cookie cutter at least 3 cm apart.
  9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance and set the oatmeal cookies to bake for 20 minutes. The cooking time must be controlled independently, depending on the oven. It is important not to overdry the cookies, otherwise they will not be tasty.
