Banana watermelon smoothie

  1. 1. Separate the pulp of the watermelon from the seeds. We divide them into pieces and bananas too.
  2. 2. We put the pieces in a container for a blender, and pour drinking yogurt (I have strawberries, but you can just kefir).
  3. 3. We throw a handful of cranberries or other berries, which you can directly freeze.
  4. 4. Beat for a minute and immediately pour into portions.
  5. 5. We get a thick, velvety (thanks to the banana), juicy (thanks to the watermelon) drink.
