Marinade for barbecue - pomegranate juice, onion and spices. Very tender and juicy meat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut meat as you like. If on a skewer - then less, if on a barbecue - more.
  2. Cut the onion into rings and mash to release the juice.
  3. Prepare spices.
  4. Combine meat with onion and spices, salt and mix well. (In order not to risk the juiciness of the kebab, you can salt not immediately, but a couple of hours before cooking.)
  5. Pour in the pomegranate juice so that it covers the meat. Marinate shish kebab in pomegranate juice overnight, maybe less.
  6. Thread the pieces of pork on skewers and fry the shish kebab on hot coals, avoiding fire, and turning over. The kebab is ready if the meat is not pink on the cut, and the juice is clear.
  7. Enjoy your meal!!!
