A hearty and tasty snack that can be prepared for dinner and served on the holiday table. Cooking time is minimal, everything is very simple and fast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The meat is washed and dried with paper towels.
  2. Cut it into slices and beat. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with any spices to taste.
  3. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and pour cold water for 10 minutes. This will help remove excess starch from the mass. Squeeze the mass.
  4. Pour flour, salt and pepper into the squeezed potatoes, mix, beat the egg and mix again.
  5. In the oil heated on a frying pan, put a portion of potato mass, chop on top, cover with potatoes.
  6. Fry the "sandwich" on both sides until ruddy crust.
  7. Cover the form with parchment and lay out the blanks.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese on top and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  9. If you are afraid that the cheese will start to burn, bake first without it, and 5 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle with cheese and bake.
  10. When served, I sprinkle the dish with chopped dill and green garlic, it turns out very fresh and fragrant, goes well with salads of fresh vegetables.
