Beef baked in puff pastry

You can cook beef in many ways and you will get healthy and appetizing dishes.

Ingredients

• a pack of puff pastry;
• half a kilo of beef;
• egg;
• condiments on request;
• 2 cloves garlic.

Directions

1. Season the meat with spices, and fry in a pan on both sides.
2. Fill it with slices of garlic, spread on part of the dough, and cover the top with a second layer, making small incisions.
3. Brush with beaten egg and cook for 40 minutes in the oven heated to 180 degrees.
