  1. To prepare beetroot Gravlax, prepare the necessary products: Salmon fillet, salt, sugar, brandy, horseradish, beets, lemon zest. Put the prepared fish fillet in a container. Salt the fish on top, add sugar. Apply a mixture of grated raw beets, horseradish, herbs, lemon zest to the fish. Pour in brandy. Using your hands, spread the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the piece.
  2. Cover the fish with foil and put the load on top. Store fish in the refrigerator for two days. After two days, remove the beetroot mixture from the fish and wipe the piece with a napkin. Gravlax is ready
