Fragrant with a rich taste, the drink is perfect for decorating gloomy autumn days.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Wash the berries. Sterilize a 3-liter jar. Fall asleep with berries, add sugar and peppercorns. Put in a cool place, and let the berries release juice.
  2. 2. Add high-quality, proven vodka. If there are fewer berries, then the drink will turn out to be more concentrated. Shake to dissolve the sugar better. I already do it "by eye", without strict proportions. If the berries are up to the top of the jar (3 l), then you need about 1.2 liters of vodka. About 1.5 liters of tincture come out of such a jar.
  3. 3. Cover and hide in a secluded place until September-October ... If possible, shake the first week, but this is not necessary.
