There are an endless number of recipes and methods for making baked potatoes. I want to share with you a simple recipe for baked potatoes, which I and my loved ones really like.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into large pieces. Fill with cold water, bring to a boil, add lightly and cook over low heat, with constant boil, without a lid for 5-8 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Pour 50 grams of butter or olive oil on top of the potatoes. (I love the combination of the flavors and aromas of these oils, so I put them in half.) Sprinkle the potatoes with rosemary and coarse sea salt, about 1-1.5 teaspoon. Mix and send the potatoes to the oven.
  3. We bake the potatoes in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes to one hour. The baked potatoes will be ready in 15-20 minutes, but the longer they bake, the more ruddy and crisp the crust will be.
  4. We take out the baked potatoes from the oven, mix, transfer to a dish and serve as an independent dish or a side dish for meat or fish.
  5. Bon Appetit!
