Best Baked potatoes

Delicious baked potatoes with minced meat, mushrooms and vegetables, filled with eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise. This dish was suggested to me by a friend, now I make it all the time!

Ingredients

• Potatoes - 0.5 kg
• Onions - 2 pcs.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Minced meat - 200-300 g
• Mushrooms - 150 g
• Salt
• Mayonnaise - 100 g
• Sour cream - 100 g
• Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
• Eggs - 2 pcs.

Directions

1. I take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, cut the potatoes into slices, put onions and carrots in a second layer on the pan, again slices of potatoes, then minced meat, potatoes, mushrooms. Sprinkle each layer with seasonings, salt.
2. All this is poured with a mixture of 100 g of mayonnaise, 100 g of sour cream, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons. flour. Beat with a mixer and pour over the potatoes. Potatoes are infused for an hour - and in the oven for 1 hour. Ready!
