  1. Preparing marinade for barbecue. To do this, mix the spices: coriander, black pepper, paprika, salt. Then add olive oil and mix well.
  2. Add sour cream and tomato to spices with butter.
  3. Thoroughly mix marinade sauce.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into small (barbecue) pieces (determine the size yourself).
  5. We send the meat to the marinade, mix well, cover with a lid and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours.
  6. While the meat is marinating, soak wooden kebab skewers in water.
  7. We string the pieces of meat on wooden skewers and spread the chicken skewers on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  8. Cooking chicken skewers in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees, 30 minutes. Flip chicken skewers a couple of times until golden brown. At the end, turning over, I put the skewers higher in the oven so that the crust is a little fried.
  9. You can serve chicken skewers with pickled onions and vegetables.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
