"Wet" chocolate cake decorated with icing. In the slow cooker, the cake is baked simply and conveniently. The finished biscuit is smeared with cocoa jam.

Ingredients

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until elastic foam.
  2. Add milk, stir.
  3. Add oil and mix well.
  4. Sift flour, soda and cocoa.
  5. Add the sifted mixture and coffee to the dough, add vanilla, mix well.
  6. Grease the multicooker mold with oil, pour the dough. Bake the chocolate cake on the Baking mode for 45 minutes.
  7. For impregnation, mix cocoa and jam (it is better to take strawberry, currant), bring to a boil on the stove and grease the cut biscuit.
  8. For glaze, melt butter over low heat, add milk. Pour powder and cocoa, stir well, remove all lumps. Drizzle frosting on top of cake.
  9. Chocolate cake in a slow cooker is ready. You can put it in the refrigerator so that the glaze hardens.
