A delicious dessert in glasses based on the famous Italian dessert tiramisu, which is considered the most popular dessert in the world. Air cream and soft biscuits lightly soaked in coffee... We will prepare a simplified version of tiramisu. We will simplify only the cream and make it from more accessible ingredients.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To make savoiardi cookies (you can just buy them), beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until fluffy white mass, about 15-20 minutes. (If you are not sure about the strength of the mixer, you can beat the yolks with half the sugar and whites with half the sugar and a pinch of salt separately.)
  2. Mix the starch with flour and sift in small portions into the egg-sugar mass, gently mixing the biscuit dough with a spatula from the bottom up.
  3. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  4. Using a pastry bag or a regular bag with a cut corner (hole diameter - 1 cm), deposit the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment in the form of strips about 10 cm long (approximately 25 pieces are obtained from the indicated amount of products).
  5. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar on top before baking.
  6. Bake savoiardi cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. The cookies should be dry inside and crispy. Let the cookies cool completely.
  7. Brew coffee and let it cool. (Ideally, real coffee is best, but instant coffee is fine too.)
  8. Pour the chilled cream into a cold bowl for whipping. Whip cream with vanilla sugar. Sugar can be added if desired. Whipped cream should hold its shape well.
  9. In glasses for serving, put 1 tbsp. a spoonful of whipped cream.
  10. Put savoiardi cookies on the buttercream, which before that, dip in coffee for literally 1 second.
  11. Repeat layers of whipped cream and coffee soaked cookies.
  12. From above, you can make beautiful mounds of butter cream using a pastry bag or a bag with a cut corner.
  13. Sprinkle the tiramisu dessert with cocoa powder.
  14. Be sure to try to cook such a dessert - this is a delicate delicacy with a unique balanced taste!
  15. Enjoy your meal!
