  1. Prepare all ingredients, wash and peel vegetables. Boil cauliflower in salted water. Boil chopped potatoes separately in a small amount of water.
  2. Add half the potatoes to the cabbage. Add the onion and bell pepper to the remaining potatoes. Increase heat and simmer until all liquid has evaporated. Drain the water where the cauliflower was half cooked.
  3. Add milk and beat the mass with a blender.
  4. Serve the soup with a combination of whole chopped vegetables and a creamy soup consistency.
  5. Very tasty, healthy and delicious!
