Using the minimum amount of ingredients, we will prepare a bright, festive and very tasty cold appetizer - eggs stuffed with chicken liver. Served with some sauce, such an appetizer will become the queen of any table!

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  2. Rinse the chicken liver, dry and cut into small pieces.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet and transfer the onion and liver into it.
  4. Fry the onion and liver over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liver is tender (7-8 minutes). In the process of frying, lightly salt the liver with onions. Leave the liver to cool.
  5. Simultaneously with frying the liver, boil hard-boiled eggs (for 10 minutes).
  6. Cool the eggs in cold water, then peel them. Cut each egg in half lengthwise.
  7. Remove the yolks from the egg halves.
  8. Rub the yolks through a sieve into a bowl.
  9. Here's a yolk crumb.
  10. Also rub the chicken liver and onion through a sieve into a bowl of yolks.
  11. Pepper the yolks with the liver and stir. If necessary, if the mass is too thick and not plastic, pour in a little sunflower oil.
  12. In the halves of the egg whites, make the indentations a little larger, carefully cutting out some of the egg whites.
  13. With your hands greased with sunflower oil, form round balls from the liver mass and place them in the protein halves.
  14. Place the stuffed eggs on a serving plate and garnish with herbs.
  15. Eggs stuffed with chicken liver can be served. Offer some additional sauce.
